Job Position: Inside Sales Representative I

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any stream

Experience: Freshers or 1-2 years of relevant experience

Job Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Sells Dell’s products and services, including Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Software and service contracts.
• Inside sales role, which primarily takes calls on an inbound phone queue and sells direct to the consumer or Outbound to Small Business.
• Identify/Probe for customer requirement and provide a suitable configuration/Solution.
• Follows up with Regular outbound calls.
• Learning a broad range of Dell technology, products, and services and is able to identify how these products and services align to customer needs.
• Able to explain technical, industry, and market facts to position Dell as a competitive solution.
• Cooperates and collaborates with colleagues, cross- functionally, to support the sales process.
• Demonstrates good judgment in analyzing information to make routine decisions.

Required Skills:

• General industry and competitor knowledge.
• Basic customer relationship skills.
• Basic knowledge in computer usage.
