Job Description:

• Remote monitoring of windows 2003 servers which includes Server Performance, uptime, SQL DB, website status, web-based application & server resources
• Responding to Alerts on monitoring tools
• Troubleshoot Web Application and website issues
• Work closely with various teams for early issue closures
• Provide necessary information/observations/logs & all required support to L2/L3 team to diagnose a reported/escalated problem.
