Skills:
  • 0–3 years telecommunication experience in Outside Plant engineering and design of Copper and Fiber in GIS Tools. Professional/Technical Experience Solid background and working experience in Outside Plant planning and engineering of fiber networks, both in backhaul and FTTx.
  • Good understanding of creating construction outside plant implementation.
  • Adequate knowledge in GIS tools & application like IMAGE, Spatial NET, Arc GIS, Small World.
  • Knowledge in Microstation, Auto Cad and other OSP design software is preferred.
  • Good technical skills.
  • Good communication skills both written and oral.
  • Good interpersonal, social and negotiation skills.
  • Generation of accurate BoM & BoQ
  • Proper application of the Methods & Procedures
  • Estimated plant unit costing and pricing.
  • As-built Plan submission within the agreed schedule.
  • Customer satisfaction on quality and consistency of completed work 
  • Clear understanding of the Customers’ requirements and agreed timeline.
