Eligibility Criteria:
Training: Selected candidates will undergo a customized 9 weeks training at Vimarshana – Bangalore
Training Starting Date: 13th APRIL 2015
Training Fees:
# There is a training fee. This will be explained during the walk-in session.
# Training fee along with applicable Service Tax can be paid in two equal installments.
Selection Process:
# Step 1: Vimarshana conducts Aptitude cum Technical Test, Written English Check and GD.
# Step 2: Those shortlisted by Vimarshana will be communicated and will undergo an online Reading Comprehension and Logical thinking test by Mindtree conducted at Vimarshana. Step1 and Step 2 will happen at Vimarshana on the same day when candidates walks into Vimarshana.
# Step 3: Mindtree will share the list of shortlisted candidates of Step 2.
# Step 4: Shortlisted candidates will undergo an oral communication assessment. This is a telephonic roundin the candidates are given the details of the telephone numbers along with instructions to take the assessment.
# Step 5: Mindtree will share the list of candidates who have cleared Oral Communication Assessment to Vimarshana.
# Step 6: Vimarshana will intimate the respective candidates and asks them to go to Mindtree on the date specified.
# Step 7: After the candidates F2F session at Mindtree, Mindtree will release the final list of shortlisted candidates. These candidates can then enroll to training at Vimarshana.
# Step 8: All the enrolled candidates will be issued with a conditional offer letter by Mindtree.
# Step 9: There will be a Technical assessment @ Mindtree after the completion of the training.
