Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Item Setup and Vendor Setup
• Responsible for setting up domestic and import items online
• Contact vendors to get all information related to the items being setup
• Communicate critical issues and liaison with offshore teams to make sure the Item set up is done in an accurate and timely manner by demonstrating high sense of accountability
• Perform maintenance requests in a timely manner to ensure most relevant and updated item information is presented to our guest
• Setup new vendors
• Develop good understanding of knowledge related to the products owned
• Escalate procedural/technical issues to the respective teams
• Share timely updates with team appropriately
