Job Description:
  • The Semiconductor Research and Development Center @ Bangalore, India have positions in PDK Design, Memory (circuit and layout) & Computational Lithography ORC verification.
Responsibilities:

200mm Technology Design team is looking for qualified candidates in the followings areas: Key focus is to maintain high quality PDK for IBM's 200mm Foundry technologies and clients. This team collaborates closely with our global Design Automation (DA) teams in Genteelly, France and Burlington, VT as well as the Technology Development Team. A person in this role may interact with external Foundry Clients, Electronic Design Automation (EDA) vendors.

Skills required:
  • Cadence, Mentor vendor tool knowledge.
  • Physical design verification flow DRC/lVS working knowledge.
  • Caliber SVRF / DRC coding.
  • Semiconductor process knowledge.
  • EDA software or physical verification experience.
  • Unix/Linux basics & scripting language.
  • Virtuoso custom physical layout.
Additional Information:
  • Cadence, Mentor vendor tool knowledge, Physical design verification flow DRC/lVS working knowledge.
