Required Soft Skills:
- Candidates with Excellent Communication Skills – both written and spoken.
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good listening/observation skills and the ability to function in a fast-paced environment where standards of quality and timeliness are established. This is required in a call center / BPO environment.
