• Switching and routing (LAN and WAN) firewall channels security concepts voice
• BCP knowledge and ITIL process knowledge.
• Security and compliance.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Responsible for day-to-day activities.
• Good experience of installation configuration and handling routing and switching.
• Good experience required of handling both CISCO and Juniper lower/higher end switches/routers.
• Cabling knowledge of racking and DC  
• Should have knowledge of

                  Layer to protocols

                  Spanning Tree 

                  VTP

                  Troubleshoot problems with laptop

                  Troubleshoot problems with hardware application printer and operating system

                  Troubleshoot problems with network connectivity (LAN) issues

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Should monitor the IT infra structure for its availability
• Capacity usage 
• Haraware and Operating system (OS) errors and failures
• 24x7 basis service
